Inclusion or absorption of costs during order processing is unfortunately not possible.
Postal Delivery service
We will process your order as quickly as possible. The German postal delivery
service DHL delivers the package directly to your door. If you are not at
home when the delivery arrives, you can pick it up from your post office or
inform the postal service of when you will be available. If DHL does not
possess a branch in a specific country, the package will be passed over to the local provider for delivery.
Right of return
You can return the unopened goods to us within 14 days not prepaid.
